DESCRIPTION: GROW is the new indoor/outdoor exhibit at the Saint Louis Science Center, inviting visitors to make the urban-rural connection, and learn about farming practices that affect their everyday lives, what they eat, and how they consume. USA managed this design/build project from start to finish. We fabricated the exhibits, and coordinated installation, which included a variety of trades and vendors at site.

The interactive exhibits include water use and the water cycles, a cow-milking simulation station, full size tractor to explore, mini-tractor driving course, agricultural robots, a chicken coop with live chickens, and a fermentation station that serves refreshments. All of the exhibits were developed for outdoor, year-round conditions. Several incorporated unique landscaping requirements and conversion of shipping containers into shelters, all coordinated and managed by USA.
