DESCRIPTION: Trail of the Lorax is a multi-level, outdoor, interpretive play space at the Zoo. Visitors can explore a large two-story climbing structure, an underwater pretend pond area, and several interactive exhibits weaving together themes of conservation related to the year of the Orangutan and lessons from the Dr. Seuss Book, The Lorax. USA managed the design and build process from beginning to end on this challenging project within a very short time frame. Our team provided engineering stamps on the project, and worked closely with Zoo staff to ensure that exhibits and installation were sensitive to nearby live animal habitats. We love doing projects right in our backyard, and we’ve made frequent visits to play after completing the installation!
